Connector Type

The connector TU2001 series is a 2.00mm pitch single row wire to board connector with both vertical and right angle mounting options. The base material used can be chosen between brass and phosphor bronze. Available circuit sizes range from 02 to 16 positions. As for the mating header, both through hole and SMT type is available, automatic pick and place mounting is supported. For the SMT type header, square pin is an option.

The connector TU2003 series is a 2.00mm pitch wire to board connector, featuring box headers and pin headers. This series offers several variations allowing design flexibility for your preferences. For the standard version, a polarizing key is available for fool proof purposes. Another option is to include a friction lock on top of the connector. This feature increases mating retention and acts as a fool proof mechanism. To greater enhance signal integrity a side latch design can be added. On the PCB header, a post can be added for fool proof purposes as well. Both vertical and right angle mounting style is available. This series is offered in single row and dual row, with circuit sizes ranging from 02 to 100. Thanks to the wide variety offered, this series can be used across industries for various types of applications for signal connections.

The connector TU2005 series is a 2.00mm pitch dual row crimp type wire to board connector featuring several design elements. Both right angle and vertical mounting types are available. The housing plug has an added side latch feature to increase mating retention and signal integrity. The header is available in through-hole type and SMT type, automatic pick and place mounting is supported. The header has an improved design of adding thicker walls in order to increase connector reliability. Available circuit sizes range from 4 to 40 positions, with base material of phosphor bronze with the option of tin or gold flash plating. This low profile with compact design is idea for applications with space constraints. Currently most used in consumer productions as a power connector.

The connector TU2007 series is a 2.00mm pitch dual row crimp type wire to board connector. Both vertical and right angle mounting type is available. The base material used for the terminal is phosphor bronze with tin and gold flash plating options. Circuit sizes offered are 4 - 40 positions. This housing plug has two designs, with one having an added latch feature to increase mating retention. On the board end, through-hole type straight pin headers are offered. This series has a compact design and low profile, currently most used as a signal connector in consumer products, such as LED lighting, printers and television.

The base material used is phosphor bronze with the option of tin or gold flash plating. Available circuit sizes range from 02 to 16 positions. On the board end, both through-hole type and SMT type headers are available. Automatic pick and place mounting is supported. With its small size and front latch to increase electrical and mechanical reliability, this series is suitable for applications across various industries.

The connector TU2011 series is a 2.00mm pitch single row crimp type wire to board connector with several design features including a front latch and position post. Both vertical and right angle orientation is available. For the PCB header, both through-hole type and SMT type is offered with the option of square pin. The front latch is designed on the housing plug that acts to increase mating retention and avoid disconnection for application where vibration is a concern. On the board end, the header features a post, which helps to secure the connector during SMT process; automatic pick and place mounting is supported as well. The PCB header has a metal hold down pin to better secure the connector onto the PCB. This user friendly connector series is adaptable for applications across various industries. The connector TU2013 series is a 2.00mm pitch wire to board connector we design specifically for battery pack to use in applications with space constraints. Most notably, this small size connector has a low profile height of 1.85mm and a high current rating capacity. This series offers right angle type mounting and is single row with circuit size 02 - 12. The base material used is phosphor bronze with the option of tin or gold plating. The housing plug is crimp type, mating with a SMT type PCB header packaged in tape and reel. Other design features include friction lock and position post for fool proof. This is a highly durable connector series, able to withstand mating and unmating up to 2000 cycles without any changes in its electrical performance. It is currently widely used as a power connector in battery pack for PC laptops and tablets.

The connector TU2018 series is a 2.00mm pitch dual row wire to board connector featuring a front latch. This series offers a crimp type housing plug mating with a through-hole type header. Both vertical and right angle type mounting orientation is available. The circuit sizes offered ranges from 06 to 40 positions. The base material used is phosphor bronze with tin plating The robust and secure design of this connector allows it to be used in applications in harsh environments such as the industrial industry.

The connector TU2023 series is a 2.00mm pitch single row wire to board connector. TU2023 connectors features an inside board right angle mounting type, creating a mating height of only 1.45mm. The base material used here is phosphor bronze with gold flash plating. Available circuit sizes include 06 - 10 positions.

TU2031 is a 2.0mm pitch single row latch type connector featuring several design elements. This is an internal active lock type connector with Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) options. The internal lock provides secure mating between the connectors and uses less space compared to a top lock or side lock design. The TPA option gives customer a choice for a stronger retention force between the terminal and housing and eliminates terminal back out issues. Both vertical and right angle mounting types are available with available circuits from 1X02 to 1X15. The standard contact plating is tin but with options of gold plating up to 30u.
