Pitch 2.54mm multi-circuit crimp type Wire to Wire Connector's pitch range includes three different connector series, TY5006, TY5081-4, TY5085-6.
These connectors are common standards in consumer electronics and can are found in the controllers of remote control toys (i.e. cars and airplanes). TY5006 has an inter-housing lock to increase connection security and has the highest circuit counts, up to 25 pins. TY 5081-4 and TY5085-6 are smaller compare to TY5006 with only 2 circuits and 3 circuits respectively. These two connectors are design to accommodate tighter space in the product. The base material is phosphor bronze or brass with tin plated over nickel or gold plated over nickel depending on customer request.
