TY3501, TY3581/2 Series
Pitch 3.50mm multi-circuit crimp type Wire to Wire Connector's pitch range includes two different connector series, TY3501 and TY3581/2 Series.
The connector TY3501 series accommodates for low current but high voltage (1400V AC/DC) rating and withstanding voltage (3800V AC/minute). A separate option for inter-housing lock is available upon request. The total mating height is 21.4mm and total mating width of 3.7mm. The base material is phosphor bronze with tin plated over nickel or gold plated over nickel depending on customer request. This connector is commonly found in LCD light but can also be applicable in other products that require high voltage ratings.
The connector TY3581/2 series is our new 3.50mm pitch power connector. This series accommodates a max current of 14A per pin with voltage rating of 600V AC/DC. This is one of the most versatile wire to wire series. It comprise of active lock design, single and dual row capacity, vertical and right angle alingment, hold down pin options, and TPA (terminal position assurance) options. Common base material is phosphor bronze or bass with tin plated over nickel or gold plated over nickel depending on customer request.
